Receiving feedback from our supported people regarding the ways in which we work to provide them with support is always a useful tool whether it is positive or negative. Positive feedback is always very welcoming and is very rewarding to receive. Receiving compliments gives us as the management team reassurance that that we have put together the support team to meet that individuals needs as well as restoring confidence in our support teams. Negative feedback is welcomed although can cause upset. Negative feedback helps us to investigate areas of where development and improvement is required.
Recently we received some very positive feedback from a social worker and a supported person’s family member after a 6 week support review. It was very rewarding to hear that he support team we have allocated to this supported individual had made such a difference to her life in just 6 weeks and the positive change it has to her wellbeing.
All received feedback is shared amongst out team.
