For this assignment

For this assignment, I observed the training department team meeting at my workplace. This team is responsible for conducting and coordinating all training that takes place at the facility. The team meets once a week for an hour and a half to discuss what upcoming training events will be taking place, what the team is working on for the week, and any issue that has came up during the week. Teamwork is a large part of getting things done in any organization. Will this be a successful team meeting? How well does this team interact?
The meeting started off by the supervisor giving the team a summary of upcoming events. He then asks each member of the team what they are working on and if they ran into any issue. After each member gives him input, he then starts delegating task to the team members. Most of the members seemed to be fine with the tasks they were given but, not all were ok with it and this is were the conflict started.
