Appendix I: Questionnaire for Teachers Dear participants,
I am a student in the Faculty of Education at The Open University
Of Tanzania (OUT) Kilimanjaro Centre. I am taking MASTER OF EDUCATION IN ADMINISTRATION, PLANNING AND POLICY STUDIES (MED.APPS). I am interested on The Impact of Teacher’s Motivation on the Improvement of Teaching and Learning in Community Secondary Schools. The enclosed questionnaire was designed to obtain information about the impact of teacher’s motivation on improvement of teaching and learning process.
